This web site is owned and operated by Refine Skin and will be referred to as “We”, “our” and
“us” in this Terms of Use policy. By using this site, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of this
web site (‘the web site’), which is set out on this web site page.

Booking Policy

Due to the high demand of our services and therapist’s we ask that prior to booking an
appointment you agree to our terms and conditions.

●  Clients must arrive 10-15 minutes early to all appointments to ensure that your
appointment runs for the full duration of your scheduled booking time and the
appropriate consent forms are filled out. If you are running late the clinic reserves the
right to cut your treatment time to ensure that our therapist’s are not late for their next
following booking.

●  A notification reminder will be sent via SMS 2 days prior to your scheduled
appointment, it is required you reply YES to confirm or phone the clinic to
cancel/reschedule. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of your
appointment, a second SMS will be sent. If we still have not heard from you after two
attempts of contact, we will assume you are not attending your appointment and phone
you to let you know your appointment has been cancelled. We have allowed two SMS
reminders so that NO SHOWS do not occur. We understand that you may need to
change your booking, and we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24
hours to allow us enough time to offer that spot to another client, please phone the
clinic on 0260563702 or email info@refineskin.com.au if you cannot make your booking.
If 24 hours notice is not given, or you do not show to your appointment, your next visit
will require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

●  For any cancellations or appointment changes, 24 hours notice is required. When 24
hours notice is not given, a $50 cancellation fee will be added to the next booking. This
policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and to
protect Refine Skin in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.
Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding as we implement this policy.

Payment Policy

● We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, regrettably we don’t accept bank cheques or
AMERICAN EXPRESS.
● All appointments performed must be paid in full that day.
● If you fail to pay for your service the day of your treatment or leave the premises
without payment or knowledge of the therapist, you will forth width be banned from
the clinic and all future appointments will be immediately cancelled.

Gift Vouchers

● At Refine Skin gift vouchers are redeemable for both services and skincare products with
a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase, gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable
for cash.
● If in the circumstances a client has misplaced or lost their gift voucher, a gift voucher
serial number must be provided as proof of valid voucher, we cannot otherwise honour
any gift vouchers.

Special Offers

● Refine Skin offers exclusive specials that are strictly valid for the time frame given only,
they will not be extended beyond this date. Specials cannot be paid ahead for an
appointment outside of these dates. After the expiration date of the special, the
treatment will revert back to original price.
● These specials are non transferable to other services and cannot be purchased as a gift
voucher
